# NORMATIVA LOCALES

**1.** Cada persona podrá adquirir <mark style="color:red;">**UNICAMENTE UN NEGOCIO**</mark>, los <mark style="color:red;">**PROPIETARIOS**</mark> de los locales <mark style="color:red;">**DEBERÁN TRABAJAR EN SU PROPIO NEGOCIO**</mark>. No pueden formar parte de otro negocio, simplemente por incompatibilidad del sistema.

**1.1** Es <mark style="color:red;">**OBLIGATORIO**</mark> para todos los miembros de los negocios estar en el Discord de "<mark style="color:red;">**LOCALES SPAINISLIFE RP**</mark>" y tener el rol pertinente.

1.1.2 La <mark style="color:red;">**DIRECTIVA**</mark> de cada negocio deberá tener un control interno y será
\ <mark style="color:red;">**OBLIGATORIO**</mark> tener sus canales de discord actualizados para el control por

parte de los Encargados de Locales.

**1.2** El <mark style="color:red;">**ABUSO DEL SISTEMA DE COBROS**</mark> aprovechándose de las <mark style="color:red;">**HORAS DE**</mark>
\ <mark style="color:red;">**COBRO**</mark> será <mark style="color:red;">**SANCIONADO**</mark>. Se entiende por abuso el entrar en servicio a
\
las horas exactas para cobrar y luego salir. <mark style="color:yellow;">**(Retiro de dinero, WARN**</mark>
\ <mark style="color:yellow;">**GRAVE, BAN y VETO DE LOCALES)**</mark>.

**1.3** Cualquier trabajador al entrar en servicio tiene que fichar al menos <mark style="color:red;">**MINIMO MEDIA HORA**</mark>, el negocio debe estar <mark style="color:red;">**ABIERTO MINIMO 1 HORA**</mark>, no tiene porque ser por el mismo trabajador la hora, unicamente puede salir antes si es <mark style="color:red;">**NOTIFICADO CON UN MOTIVO JUSTIFICADO**</mark>.

Está <mark style="color:blue;">**PROHIBIDO**</mark> quedarse <mark style="color:blue;">**AFK**</mark> de servicio.

**1.4** Esta <mark style="color:red;">PROHIBIDO</mark> el uso del menú de negocios para <mark style="color:red;">**BENEFICIO PROPIO**</mark>, o usar el mismo <mark style="color:red;">**FUERA DE SERVICIO**</mark>.

**1.5** Esta <mark style="color:red;">**PROHIBIDO**</mark> robar materiales <mark style="color:yellow;">(</mark><mark style="color:yellow;">**ITEMS, DINEROS U OTROS**</mark><mark style="color:yellow;">)</mark>, y negociar con los mismos.

**2.** Esta <mark style="color:red;">**PROHIBIDO**</mark> cometer delitos con los vehículos de la empresa.

**2.1** Los <mark style="color:red;">**SALARIOS**</mark> de los negocios <mark style="color:red;">**NO PUEDEN SER MODIFICADOS**</mark>, los permisos pueden ser modificados por la directiva.

**2.2** Si un <mark style="color:red;">**PROPIETARIO**</mark> deja un <mark style="color:red;">**NEGOCIO**</mark>, podrá <mark style="color:red;">**RETIRAR**</mark> todo lo que quede en el mismo.

**2.3** Los <mark style="color:red;">**NEGOCIOS**</mark> no se pueden vender por dinero <mark style="color:blue;">**IC**</mark> u <mark style="color:blue;">**OOC**</mark>.
